You'll find that this contract is heavily weighted to the second year, ala Sherwin and his 5 year deal with the dogs. Which is probably the biggest indication that Freddie will have one more year (2004) and call it quits.

I would've preferred to keep Payten instead of Walker, but that's my personal preference.
