And those reports would be correct. Crowd looks pathetic, and can't hear a peep out of them. Can clearly hear every call on field :|

They've gotta take it somewhere where the crowd will actually be interested in having the game in their town...I'm sure there'd be a decent crowd at Newcastle, only problem is Sydney siders getting to the game after work, so yeh Gosford would be a good choice.

Take it to a real country town, not a coastal city full of rich seachange wankers from Sydney that gets NRL trial games every year. We've applied to have it here the last few years. Last year they "lost" our application. It was great at Dubbo last year and Wagga was good too. Even Lismore made a good fist of it. There's a common thread there. These towns are all inland towns that don't get many games (Lismore excepted). Lavington was supposed to have it this year but the facilities there needed too much work. They might get it next year. If they had it here it would be the biggest game of footy played in this region for 10 years.

They haven't played well with the favourites tag in the past but Qld will need to ask serious questions of themselves this year if they lose the SOO series. This could be a candidate for the worst Blues side ever.
