Is as per below.

Fitz is “coming to work with the existing players”.

Who survives?

Johnson - Gone
Dugan - Gone (apparently)
Chambers -
Hiroti -
MacDonald -
Magoulious -
Moylan -
Paterson -
Tolman -
JA Williams -
Woods - Gone (apparently)
Xerri - Gone

I’m keeping 3.

I’d happily keep Tolman provided we’re surrounding him with impact forwards - I assume we’re paying him closer to minimum wage, so he’s great value as a squad man - he just can’t be one of our frontline forwards that we need big meters from.
Woods, whilst he infuriates me, again if he’s happy to stay for not much more than minimum wage, then he’s alright value for money and worth keeping. We’ve gotta have some cheapies in the 30 man squad, if you can get a Woods or Tolman for the price of a Magoo type squad player, then it’s a no brainer as they are much better value.
Using the same logic, if Chambers is happy to be a squad filler man, is cheap and does not expect to play every week, he’d be great back up, and presumably a good influence at training.
Hiroti I’m comfortable with again at basement price and as back up.

So, of the 4, provided they’re not taking up money that would stop us signing top drawer players in their positions, I’d keep the 4 of them, with only one of Woods/Tolman making the team regularly.

Frenzy.

Tolman will stay if they don't get the right dominos. Maybe even if they do on a min wage deal. Chambers will stay. Haven't heard any rumours about outside backs. Well I have, but they won't happen by the look of it.

I would keep Hiroti as well. Cheap and as backup. This kid has some potential in him, may never be realised, but we are very thin on wingers / centre’s.

Agree. OP only asked for three though LOL.

Actually think he'd be top rate if he could get a full season in him.

To many of our forwards have developed a sidestep.
The problem is its not a sidestep.
Its a slowing down shimmy.
Its a self preservation strategy.
Woods has it.
Tolman has it.
Uele has it.
All these blockheads have to do is catch it and run.
Run hard.
Very farkin hard.
Toby hard.
But they all run and do a little sidestep shimmy just before the line.which fools noone - noone - what it does is make them easier to tackle.
Tolman is past it. The modern game has moved on and left him behind. His body is that of a pig pre-2018.
Its a no from me.

Great point, this shimmy slow side stepping, then it's a slow play the ball, kills the next play.
Run hard, when tackled fast play the ball momentum continues

Need to bring Martin Lang in as a forwards coach

Our blokes have perfected the no look for support as the lumber up the paddock.

When you think about it there is absolutely no need to.

No on backs up anyway. Not when there is a fifth tackle bomb to look forward to.

I’d be keeping Hiroti and Tolman if we get the right players around him. The rest of them can GTFO.

I see a lot of potential in Hiroti, think he’s shown a massive improvement this season. He could be quite good if you give him a full preseason under a good coach. Would like to see him stay.
Tolman would be good with other big boppers around him that make an impact and bend the line. Someone like Tapine and Taupau for example.
