We lost prince ,he couldnt tackle for crap but he was the main play maker you morons , you guys live in a fairy land

How does a player that left in 2007 impact on decisions to be made in 2010 when large numbers of player contracts come up for renewal?

halatau is not and will never be a hooker! just because someone can scoot 15 meters from a quick 4th tackle play the ball doesnt make them a hooker. he gives terrible service, has no kicking game and no vision. watch how it holds the team back when he has stints there. nz worked this out, now its sheens turn.

Your right, he plays more like a winger in at dummy half, although behind a decent pack he can be a nightmare. He has carved Newcastle up a few times from dummy half with some really hard runs. I always thought you guys wasted his ability.

Halatau is like a missle, he goes direct at the line hard, and fast.
nothing flash.

thought he played his best football this year out in the centers.

i would rather fulton at hooker over halatau to be honest

Halatau should be at lock. Let him get into dummy half and make a quick 20m after a forward bends the line. A hooker he is not though, he doesn't have the skills required, it would be like playing Pat Richards at halfback because he has a good boot on him.

Here's a thought. Why not try to recruit some BIG props that know how to go forward.
It's the only way that backs are able to show off their skills.
I've had enough of the continual recruiting of small agile second rowers.

What??? Wreck Teflon Tim's masterplan and grand vision for the future of rugby league???

The agility worked in 2005, the NRL changed the rules and WT have been left floundering with Teflon Tim and his unchanged masterplan.......

A prop doesn't have to be BIG to provide go forward. Danny Nutley was a small prop who provided great go forward for his side, whilst Ben Ross is a big prop who offers nothing. I don't care if they're big props or not, just as long as they go forward.
