This is how I see our 2015 shaping up.

Retired are Anasta, Patterson and Fulton.

Move these on: Moltzen, Lulia, Buchanen, Corey Brown, Luani, Rowe.

If possible move on Lawrence, Blair and Galloway.
Not much money to spend I assume unless we can move one or more of these former internationals on.

Going to be a similar squad in 2015.
This team can play finals football.

Yep as much and as hard as Lawrence tries he is a massive hand brake on our backline , even if you take into consideration he can be a good defender ( one on one ) , a centre is there primarily to score or create points and just to rely on their defence is very negative .

That team can make the finals and even go well.

We have to think about moving Galloway on and paying Blair and Farah less than what they are on. Injuries will be our concern again but hopefully whoever is the coach picks the right reserves. Hitchcox is a great back-up player.

Lodge is far from proven. He needs to hold the ball. Gavet to me doesn't deserve another chance.

Gavet though doesn't want to be here or better put doesn't show any discipline on or off the field.

He could be a good first grader with impact but he isn't worth the effort at this point.

Agree all workplaces fall apart under the wrong management you don't throw the baby out with the bath water. Hs form didn't disappear overnight it was after a long injury. Probably turned to the drink as our rehab department ran out of pain killers.
