5 forward passes let go for them today

Amazing really, we get pinged in the first half and they were throwing one every set for most of the game.

I am sure the refs have no idea, with two on the field.

The refs are just incompetent. Awesome win, and they're making me wonder what could have been this year had it not been so horrific off the field. Add a couple of good props from somewhere to go with Snowden, who is emerging as the monster he once was again and Sims, who is excellent already and we've got a bright future ahead.

Good game had by all.

Snowden stood up again as our best prop

Gidley didn't overplay his hand and had some great touches and a few great takes under the high ball.

Mullens left to right cut out pass is back!

Both wingers and centres were outstanding in attack and gagai's defence was an improved effort.

Also, how good is Sione?! lol, throw a tonne of cash at him right now, he is as safe a bet as I've ever seen.

Good win. To be honest, I don't really mind that much if we win or lose these last games, as long as we put in a good effort.

Not really sure which to put more effort in on the off season, attack or defence. When we defend well, we attack terrible, when we attack good, we defend crap.

One thing that definitely needs improvement is our outside backs with high balls. We can't score from bombs and we have trouble defending against them. Needs work.

Can't wait to go to the Broncos game next week.

f**k me. Going through this thread is embarrassingly amusing. You are all getting as scary to read as the FaceBook lot.

Glad the teams mentality is better then your's!!

Great work by the boys today. Same as last week you could see they never stopped doubting themselves. Great belief in the team. First time I've seen ad-lib footy from then for a while and damn it look pretty.

Fa'alogo and Snowy were both immense for us today. Fa'alogo is the best exponent of the run in behind the ruck in our team.

Make that my friend Dane out for Jimmy to play centre. For all his speed and attacking brilliance, his defence is just too atrocious. Manu or not

I must have been watching a different game. Gagai sat Manu on his ass couple of times. As for Manu's try, no one was going to stop him so close to the line one on one.

Good win by the Knights. Everyone did their job, though Clydsdale needs to show more than he has so far in the top grade

Clydsdale certainly isn't kicking on as much as I expected him to this year. I don't think he looks out of place in first grade, though.

Great win. Hopefully we can mess with the Eels, Broncos and Dragons' finals chances too.

I was really just referring to the effort on Manu. I thought he had ample time to deny that try. I know it was Manu but still.....

Overall it was a far better performance from him though

Another great performance. It's a kick in the nuts to know our season would have been completely different with the off field shit. I don't think there was a bad player out there; some questionable 5th tackle options, but overall just very well done across the field. We can be such a talented team and most likely will be week in and week out eventually if Stone is able make the right decisions when it comes to buying and releasing players. Defence is obviously an issue, but that will work itself out, it always does with good form.

On Clydsdale, he'll come good. He doesn't look out of place in first grade, he's consistent, I just don't think he fits the Wayne Bennett style and under Stone could become the player we expected him to be. We've seen enough throughout the season to know the potential is there to be a high quality hooker, just needs more freedom.

True that Clydesdale hasn't kicked on as much as we hoped, but the form Waddell has been in, I won't mind if we continue on with them both for next year to give Clydesdale a bit more time to develop.

If you had said we would win three out of the last four games we have played Iwould have declared you mad. Add the fact Souths look unstoppable and have smashed even manly I am not remotely bothered by the Cairns loss. In fact we probably played better than the result suggests. Souths only chance of losing the title is beating themselves. They are awesome.

Interesting that in the presser Bennett said that sione will be a future knights captain. Gidley also said he speaks very well and is already showing great leadership qualities.
