I can already picture it now:
Tedesco picks up a minor strain in round 7. Enter Cody Ramsey to make his 1st grade return and of course it had to be against us. The commentators will repeatedly make a point of how brave the Roosters were to sign him and ask "how do you feel about that, Dragons fans?" while we watch on in abject horror as he scores a hat trick in yet another soul destroying ANZAC Day demolition. On full time they'll cross to Cody who'll be in tears in an interview wearing that f**king jersey declaring how much he's waited for this opportunity.
Final score: Dragons 10 Roosters 64.

I am absolutely dumbfounded by this news , as I thought the Dragons had stood by the young bloke during his health crisis on the basis that they could still see him as a worthwhile asset to the team and had therefore intended to offer him a contract, yet that appears not to be the case .

The rorters of all teams , good lawd ! Then again if you are not wanted by your present club then one must seek greener pastures , but Cody not those bloody rorters .

Unless we have a very talented candidate for the reserve grade fullback position coming through, letting Ramsey go makes no sense to me.

He will play 1st grade at the roosters, you can put your house on that, they will see it as a positive and get all the attention and be regarded as a wonderful club and "good on the roosters for rehabilitating him to the point he made it back", Saints will be looked as the club who gave up on him..

Very disappointed we let him go. It's a win win for the Roosters because if he does get back to FG and his body holds up he could be anything especially learning from Teddy they both have that awkward running style that is hard to handle. Worst case is the body can't handle it and he has to medically retire. All that effort and time just for the Roosters to potentially have one of the great comeback stories in the game. I personally wish him well and hope he kills it wherever he plays

Yep, he is a winger and a fullback. He is a player the club can be really proud of. Talk about Dragon's culture, it is all talk.
