shame, just as i got into it we are already talking about the end.

One of the best comedies of our time, but people would rather watch masterchef or gator boys..

I did finally get around to watching an episode, didn't really get into it. Not really fair, I gotta give this one a major go. Too much hype.

Depends which episode it is. That said, watching one on its own doesn't do it justice unless you know the characters and the call-backs. It's a very self referential show.

Exactly, same can be said for a heap of shows I like, such as Boston Legal.
If JB gives it a good price, it's one I'd be happy to shelf 20 bucks for.
A few shows I wanna watch too. Bored To Death and An Idiot Abroad apparently I've gotta get in to, alongside Community.

I've only seen season 1 of bored to death but really liked it. An idiot abroad is also fantastic.

I got into it end of 2011, and they were talking of ending it then. It's like a cockroach.

NBC seem to be weirdly patient with tv shows these days. Parks and rec just keeps limping along and they let 30 rock go for 7 seasons.

Its probably just so Sony owes them a favour but it also shows how tv is changing. "buzz", critical acclaim and DVD sales matter as much as ratings. Obviously networks won't lose money but it doesn't seem to be as cut throat as say the late 90s.

What are you guys talking about! I've decided to give it a try, based on some of the comments on here.

Watching season 1 and absolutely loving this show. It reminds me of seasons 1-3 of scrubs. Basically crazy and whacky enough but within reason.

Thanks for the tip, awesome show.

Yes agreed.

Season 1 isn't great but it starts to pick up when they iron out the Leslie character. Ron Swanson is superb.

I only watched about two eps from season one. Watched the rest of it though. Swanson is awesome

I didn't like parks and rec in season 1 or 2 but had nothing else to watch and pushed through. S3 on wards has been great. I find it more consistent than community which can be hit and miss.

Andy is such a great character.

You shut your whorish mouth. It's a cheap Office knock-off and nothing more.

Everybody else, go play Return to Castle Hawkthorne (as seen in Digital Estate Planning).

rewatched that ep last night and rememberd reading about this coming up so i downloaded it asap...

the different costumes from through out the series is the best!!!!

I didnt dislike season 4 like a lot of people but certainly can say it was the weakest season to date so i am feeling highly optimistic for season 5 with Harmon back on board especially after comic con!

I thought three was weaker than season 4 to be honest. I think people didn't like the fact that it had a different flavour. But it wasn't a huge difference

I also love Malcolm McDowell so they may have clouded my judgement a little.

cool cool cool...

I think people went into season 4 expecting it to be worse because of no Harmon... and i think most of the complaints about it seem to contradict eachother i.e people complaining that the new show runners didnt try anything new and just rehashed old ideas but then turning around and asking where a paintball episode was...

Personally I think they just went overboard on the Dean's obsession with Jeff (even though moving next door is a great move) they totally devolved Annie's character and the Troy and Britta relationship felt like the writers didnt know what they were doing...

Oh and I hope they bring back the coatroom girl for Abed...

By the way anybody seen the community fans push to get Bill Murray to do season 5 just to piss off Chevy? lol

It's back and it's magnificent.

I especially like the jokes Donald Glover makes about Zach Braff being a selfish asshole for leaving Scrubs after 'all it's done for him' given his own departure from Community after six episodes.

I loved community when I first stumbled across it. But it just wasn't funny after season 1. I stopped watching midway through season 3 because it was just a waste of my time.
