Oh, and I don't like Dominos pizza, not only are the pizzas average at best, but I once got a hair in a pizza from there and when I rang to complain, the manager basically said "what do you want me to do about it. I'll give you a free pizza next time". Like I'm gonna get another pizza from there d***head!

I had the exact same issue with Pizza Hut. I even took the piece back to the store to show them. They did nothing.

It is the pathetic managers that are the problem.

I work in a complaints department and every single time we get sent to a training day, they play that video. It's crazy how well known that incident is becoming through incompetent complaint handling
