Going back over the thread I can't find where the signing was ever confirmed. There was a Brad Forest article saying the Sharks were on the verge of signing an exciting young outside back. A post from Uncle Ima saying the Sharks had signed Delroy and a post from cb4 which actually only said the kid had signed.

The Broncos forum were reporting him signing with them a month before we started talking about him

Doesn't look good.
