I feel a second Brisbane team is stupid.

You're either a Bronco's fan or you don't like rugby league. Adding a team isn't suddenly generate new fans. You may get some Broncos fans across at the moment considering how poorly they are going and how fickle queenslanders are but overall a silly decision.

Perth and a second NZ team are the way to go.
Both provide alternate timeslots for TV networks and NZ gets that rivalry going, north vs south island.
