Get rid of an aged Prima Donna who is significantly past his prime and on massive overs, and is toxic in the changing rooms, and sign a very effective prop who can play a bit of football before and through the line. The way I see it, Latu is a replacement for BJ Lawrence.
1-2 origin or cusp of origin type fullback/centre/half would be ideal.

But getting rid of Hayne is a start.
And whether he succeeds or not at Parra, he was never gonna play good footy on the GC.
