Apparently he's come back in terrible shape but Ricky has told him if he can put in his absolute best week in week out, he'll turn him into a star.

I read he turned up in way better shape than he rocked up to Canberra in but failed his 1200m by 3 seconds so has been forced to train more. God knows how unfit he was at the knights then

According to the raiders conditioning guy he copped the extra training on the chin. So hopefully he is maturing a bit. He looks slimmer in photos anyway.
