This season and next to keep learning and developing, then as long as he doesn't shit the bed, he'll have any number of clubs plus two new teams wanting to throw franchise money at a promising young half with a few seasons of first grade under his belt.

You can add in Toby Rodwell to the mix. He's very highly regarded but is the youngest of that group as he's only 19.
