Haha love this. Good banter. I had a look through Broncos HQ last night and to be fair it wasn’t bad, certain folk that will remain nameless give us a bad wrap tbh.

With a spoon you have been given weeks to psychologically get ready for it.

Anyone who isn't at peace with it by the time it happens was never going to be capable of processing it.

Or at least, that's how I think it goes, I couldn't tell you from experience.

How much of this can be lumped onto Bennett? Dragons didn’t play much finals footy after their GF win, left Newy a mess and a few wooden spoons, Brisbane got their first spoon two years after he left... Souths are next

He bears some of the responsibility in my view for a number of roster decisions, but the team where he left them should still have been challenging for the eight. The majority of the blame lies with our management, Seibold and a fair part of the team itself for having a shit attitude and a horror year for injuries and key suspensions.

It is a thoroughly deserved spoon and I hope it brings about needed change. It would have been a travesty for the Dogs to have wound up with the spoon given the application and attitude that they have played with.

This is what annoys me, they mouth off about accountability, but it seems that the only one that has been made accountable is Seibs, who walked out with a million plus payout.

Those having key responsibility for this occurring, that is, Morris, Lockyer and White should fall on their swords. The reality is, no one is being made accountable.

Bennett didn't ditch the senior players...McCulloch and McGuire added steel to the broncos defence and were told to go elsewhere and so you were left with a soft middle. He also didn't ditch your half to sign up a bloke who's shot and worse. You also had Roberts who was good defensively and Sua leaving and Sua's been a gun at Souths.
