agreed he has done well for his first yr,now he needs to be his own man(kill off any hasler disease that he left in the players minds),make some hard calls and get them playing his way.imo tackling low would be the first item on the agenda as melb showed tackiling high they kept moving forward,took more players to make a tackle which left players getting caught out of defensive positions big holes in the d line
we have bought some good young prospects so they will need to be developed into a MANLY way
one thing he dosen't have to worry about in the off season is that girl william$

A full off season, some fresh faces among the squad, core players locked in for a few more years, and staff he has picked himself, he'll have true ownership over the club and it's direction from now.
