My point is Cleary/Luai were the halves in 2021. Cleary got injured in game 2. Where NSW wrapped up the series.

I think Cleary comes in next year. If Luai and Moses are both fit and in form next year then I can see one playing 14.

I think it comes down to form. If Parra are shocking again in 2025 and the Riff are top of the table I could see him making way. That said I think Luai moves to 14th with Watson making way.
