Wholeheartedly agree.

And congratulations to England. Played out of their skins today. Absolutely encaspulated the theatre of sport.

Wow - I noticed Brian Noble mention a few times in commentary that it was the best rugby on the planet. Nice to hear broadcast live on BBC as it was there for all to see that RU doesn't come close to those heights whereas RL is probably in for a similar treat next week.

One shame though is that RL would have been buzzing in the media all week had england made it through....

Amazing game, still trying to figure out how we lost it. Now I know what nsw fans go through every year!

Congrats to the Kiwis. It's an eighty minute game and they used every second of it. Absolutely gutted when SJ went over. Such effort from the England team didn't deserve to lose in such a cruel fashion but lose they did. I was immensely proud of the team's commitment and I feel Steve McNamara's detractors may now have to tuck into some humble pie.

Amazing.

England I thought were better and created more opportunities with great attack, just failed at the last second so many times. There were so many little things that happened, if just one went the other way England would've won. Westwood losing it just before grounding, Sinfield's missed kick, Hall's dropped intercept, so so many last ditch tackles from NZ...

Graham and S. Burgess were immense. The only player I can fault is Sinfield for his missed kick and rush out of the line on Johnson, but he played tremendous for the rest of the game. Tomkins, Watkins, Widdop, Roby, Ferres, O'Loughlin all brilliant.

It's a disappointment that we only got to see these two play once in the tournament, definitely need more tests in the future. Should be three match series between all 3 big teams in the future, even if we get one match of that quality a year it will become as big as Origin, which hasn't seen a game of such epicness for a long time, just lots of hype and Ch9 bullshit.

Never mind that. How's the tooth? ;-)

My fear now is that we get a lopsided final due to the Kiwis being smashed and bashed in that game and not being able to get up for the final.

Maybe couple changes might freshen the team.

What a great tournament. Pity noone in NZ watching it to date.

You might be surprised how many people in New Zealand have been watching it - its just the rugby biased media who haven't been talking about it
