Cooper a Cowboy

I like Cooper, but he's not really that different player to Smith. Same sort of build and workrate etc. Would have said similar impact this time last year too but Smith is leaving him for dead this year in that regard.

Would rather keep him, but this is a loss we can cover imo. I'm more worried about us not replacing Prtichard with a strike backrower than I am about losing an honest hardworking warhorse.

That said we're going to need a couple of fresh signings now. What's Setiamata Sa doing these days? Haven't seen him go around for the Roosters.

I think Cooper has done pretty well in his time with us, but I dont think 2011 hinges on weather he is here or not. I would prefer to see the hamburgerler get a run anyway.

Sorry guys but cooper is barely a first grader-He wont be missed-Use have dane laurie and nigel plum to fill in for him and are much better options....
Im sure use will replace frank the tank but its the same case as mateo-Nice to keep but not for those dollars....
A great club like peno will always have a good junior coming thru and since none have this year id be certains there will be next....

Agreed. But what are the odds that it will be for our club? He'll either be snapped up by another club by then or even worse he'll debut for us, absolutely kill it and then be snapped up by another club.

Meanwhile the bulk of the posters at PI will continue to defend our management who have done such a wonderful job. :roll: Although maybe it just seems like most of them because the second any post is even remotely negative it's removed. No matter how valid the point is. Even trying to tip toe around and make it seem as inoffensive as possible, they still get removed.
