Sharks got a couple of 50/50s today when one or the other?coachmen boys were stripped of the ball on the ground in a tackle and an ‘accidental’ knee in the play the ball by Tony Rudolph. Judging by Tony Rudolph’s excited reaction and congrats by other sharkes players I think it is a planned ruck interference manoeuvre. Also, one Coachmen was penalised for a ‘high ‘ tackle when the sharks player spun into his chest; go figure?

As I see it, Flanno agreed to coach the Dragons if Kyle was also signed and then the Board (mainly Young senior whispering into Doust's ear) said well if we agree to that then your assistant defence coach has to be Dean Young. That is my opinion. Tit forTat. Maybe more Tit than Tat though.

When we finally get rid of all of these back door arrangements, we might even have a good Board and management team.

The only way forward for the Dragons is to convince Twiggy to buy buy 100% of the SGI shares. Then setup our club in a professional way.

Something drastic has to happen that is for sure possm. "The Road to Success" (starring Bob Hope, Bing Crosby and Dorothy Lamour) now that would be a good movie about our club except the stars will be 3 of the useless Board Members. I suppose Genevieve Gordon can play Dorothy Lamour. It will be a story about "wishing and hoping and praying" that the hors d'oeuvres and champagne don't run out and getting bonuses at the end of the season. Now that is the success story only they are thinking of.

Seriously though (hold on I thought I was) The St George Illawarra Dragons has to make a massive change on how it will be run. Time is running out. New Clubs will be introduced into the NRL wanting the best there is to offer. Their charters will be mapped out professionally and the head honchos will be wanting immediate success. They will sign up several marquees of players and coaches and fitness staff. Things will be tougher all round for clubs like the Dragons. Act and speak now or forever hold your peace.
