Could Matt Cooper be headed for the back row?

You can’t relate the way Josh is playing now to what his potential is at the club under Bennett, assuming of course that Bennett stays with us after 2011.
Who among us valued Weyman, I can recall all kinds of derision when he signed
Bennett adds heaps to every player that he mentors

Add to this that Josh, according to my mail, wants to be at the club and the whole twin synergy (or should that be symbiosis) thing from playing alongside Brett and the added publicity that you’d garner from the twins playing together. It works

Josh's defence has let him down this year. He seems to grab rather than commit like Brett or Coops.

What is every merkins fascination with getting Josh Morris back? He isnt the best centre going around..

He's been pretty poor at times this year and i couldnt give a sh*t if he never came back as he is easily replaced and isnt worth the pricetag he'd come with.

Coz him and Brett killed it playing together for Australia last year

there is no way cooper will go to the backrow - he will be off to superleague at the end of 2011. build up his retirement fund with a few seasons in the UK.

anyone who is looking at J Moz's current form and grading him on that is crazy - there are serious issues at the dogs (between the coach and the players) involving players selections, favouritism and other disagreements invloving family loyalties... and this is the main reason why J Moz and the whole dogs team is awful this season.

My mail has B Hannant as central to some of the problems. "The way B Hannant is behaving he thinks it's all about B Hannant" quote unquote.

Despite the 'united front' presented in relation to the 'homesickness' there are a some players who believe it is financially motivated homesickness.

Time will tell if they bounce back next year.

The main reason Cooper cant make the switch is he is to injury-prone, forwards need to be made of rubber, they hit (& get hit) hard repeatedly, you need a body to support that.

I am sad to see Cooper go (my fave player for many years), but it makes more sense to go to super-league because he would still get great money as a centre there (he is still a damn good centre when fit).. but with his life and shop in Wollongong, maybe he doesnt want to go overseas?
