Could someone please help me make a good banner for a website?

Hi everyone,

I'm building a website for a relative's hotel. I've done all the designing and stuff, but I believe I need a really good banner for it.

I already have a logo, some photos and a basic idea. There is already an image there, so size etc are all sorted. I just have been sitting here for 45 minutes trying to use photoshop and I am struggling.

If anyone can help, I'd be very grateful? It wouldn't be a difficult job, but I do need a good quality one.
