Out of curiosity, does a rep team get selected from the SUBURBAN competitions of Greater Sydney. For example does a guy who plays for the Coogee Dolphins (only team that I am familiar with me being Qld based !) have the chance to represent. If a team is selected do they play Country as I have never heard of this occurring?

Would be good if we did have a third tier of interstate rivalry - Origin , Residents and Regional (?).

There are rep sides for the district you play in. But I don't know if there is a rep side for Sydney from that. Try the NSWRL.
