For those of you who were sitting Behind the Goalposts, or near Brett Morris's wing, near the end.

Did u notice how Brett could hardly stand up, or walk ?

Then the Play came straight over to his side with Kenny Dowell running at him, Brett Stuck out his hand, to try and stop him. Brett Was Gone for all money. The Roosters were going to score with 4 men on Boyd.

Then Brett out of the Blue said stuff it and started to chase on an injured leg.

He picked up Kenny Dowell within 20 metres, in a Lightning burst, He put pressure on Kenny Dowell, and Shaun Threw a pass under pressure that was a shocker. Had Brett Not chased and tackled him, it was game over.

What Brett Morris did was inspirational. We that were watching from behind the stands, applauded a Very Courages play by a Very courages man.

Brett You won us the game.

In a memory that none of us will ever forget.

Thanks for that Memory.

yep agree 100%.
he was on one leg and still ran him down - did just enough to slow the play down and allow for the cover to come across - boyd was already beaten so without that effort it would have been a try for sure..
its the little things like that that are the real big plays in matches..

Yeah pure GUTS, its what our club has been thriving on under Wayne. You could nearly see the thought of trepidation cross Brett's mind before he realised the team comes first, Origin play right there.

That won us the game - if he didn';t make the tackle, we lose. Simple as that.

That play and Creagh's try have been 2 highlights of the season!!

Well said New Era. It looked like that on the TV as well. He was obviously behind the play but as Kenny Dowall make the break you could see Morris limping after him for a couple of strides before putting the foot down and rounding him up pretty quickly. The commentators made mention of it a couple of times as well. It was one of those rare, truly fantastic efforts.

Yep. Last year it was Creagh running down Steve Turner. Then pulling off another try saver moments later. May there be more magic moments to come.

Did you actually see Creagh's effort on Kenny Dowell? He's lucky Morris saved his bacon because it was woeful

Morris is very quick. He would have to be one of the fastest if not the fastest winger playing at the moment.

Obviously quicker than Kenny-Dowell even on one leg:).
