Guys what happened today is one of those things that theres no point even bothering to protest. We lost 140 points for no reason and for this we are out of the tournament. Well done to you guys who competed throughout the 3 weeks, NO.5LC you were an ore of consistancy, capttaincovell you tried hard but just have to understand time zones, hunter and sas your heart was in the right place but you were just a little off the target of what was needed. horndog, thanks for coming on on late notice , what happened to you is indescribable, but you must take these decisions. The refs decision is always final.

Now boys, heads up, and lets start concentrating on the season, thats where it all counts. Remember, you dont win grand finals in November.

Another thing guys. People may critcise you for writing about covell or things which they dont like, but ignore that. this competition is about writing about what you believe in and thats exactly what i hope you all keep doing. dont go writing somthing you dont believe in just to get more marks, that in my mind is a bigger crime. if you wanna write about covell , or you wanna write about your trip to the tigers vs dragons game (which somehow the last ref had no idea how it related to footy) , or indian rap music or your hatred for somthing then do it. id rather be defeated but still stand up for what i believe in.
