Exactly. Either he did, or he didn't (by the way, clearly, and VERY clearly he didn't), you can't base your decisions on baseless preconcieved notions of what MIGHT have happened.
He's just straight out an amatuer referee. He should not have 95 first grade games to his name. First grade refereeing standards after the first 3-4 is an absolute disgrace and the Warriors keep drawing either Hayne or Archer, undoubtably the two worst. Finch has done nothing to improve their fortunes, or paint an honest picture to the public so for mine he simply has to go.
