And you know why magistrates do that?

When they have tried to give custodial sentences, usually the matter is appealed to the district court and judges there usually down grade the sentence to some pathetic bond etc. magistrates are treat like lepers by the district court, district court judges like spastics by the high court. It's all tiered my dick is bigger than your dick bullshyte. None of them are on the same page and magistrates have no chance when it comes to getting serious with idiots that shouldn't be on the street.

and add to the mix that physiological reports and/or money for a brilliant lawyer goes a long way.

It's not the point if you are innocent or guilty these days;it's a matter of money and excuse.

And in some cases,public opinion.

So whatever you do,unless you have a fair amount of Cabbage,think before you act and keep your nose clean.
