Yeah........sorry.........about Stapleton going to Penrith. :?

well as far as i know its all a bit of a mess, as it has been reported that he was going back to the Wests Tigers, then that was supossed to have fallen through because of the salary cap, so then Brisbane had reportedly signed him - now it appears that may have been wrong and now you guys (Penrith) ahve been mentioned???

so i really don't know conclusively??

as fare as a photo - would have pointed you to our site, but all the pics have been taken down in readiness for posting the 2005 squad, but i'm sure someone on here will have one or find one or post one for you

but until then - he is the big red head that played either prop or second row for us all year and was with St.George-Illawarra last year

good solid player, tall, reasonably mobile, well over the 100kg mark and was involved with plenty of dust-ups this year, most noticably with John Hopoate and half the Warriors team in NZ????

What do you know about Peter Lewis mighty panther?

I wrote a bit about Peter including his personal stats and a photo
in the "14 halfbacks in 8 years" thread, after someone asked me
the same question.

Have a peek in there. :D

Peter Lewis is an ex Auckland Warriors centre.

He was a very slow bloke for a centre. He moved to Penrith, bulked up, and played a couple of televised games during Origin this year I believe. Looked quite effective using an asset, his size in the forwards, rather than dwell in the centres.
