I think Ben Hornby summed it up when we won the premiership in 2010. True believers don't dish the team in Round 2. This place is a fkn embarassment to our club. I'd prefere to troll the Storm forum than to read this sh!t. What a bunch of p!ss weak kents some of you are. We are going thru a pretty big change at the moment and some of you p!ss weak kents think we should win every fkn week, well here's the news tossers, it's a dog fight against every team, every week, get fkn used to to it, or just fk off and support some European soccer team that can buy their way to glory.

You p!ss ants call yourselves supporters???, go get fked. Honestly fella's, go get fked. I'm a 41 year old kent and I'll support this club come what may.

It's a fkn privillage to support this club, it's a fkn honour to suppot the Red V, if you can't take upper cuts for this club, well you can fk off as far as I'm concerned.

Round 2, fkn Round 2 and you sh!tants want the place stripped naked, drop him, fk him, bench him, sack him. All from fkn sh!t pieces that never played better than their church 13.

Bunch off fkn softcock, wanna be glory all the time kents. I'm glad I'm sitting here in my pathetic little sh!thole in NW Victoria, far enough away from you wimps that I can't sledgehammer you.

Take a fkn good hard look at yourselves, toughen up, suck it up and be fkn proud to be a St. George supporter.

I'm almost done here, flame me, go on, flame me.

Big Norm Provan - St. George come what may.

I normally like your posts but that was gay in a "remember the titans" kinda way. Chill out man and don't let other people's opinion get you so uptight. Take it all with a grain of salt ya kent. I mean, I agree with the sentiment, everyone is going over the top but your execution was on par with the dragons performance on Saturday night.

Yeah fair call mate, maybe. I don't know really. Honestly, I don't quite know where we are as a club at the moment. I don't think anyone does. Round 2 isn't the time to be slating everything, and that has really got under my skin. Geez, we're 1 from 2, we've only played 2 games of footy and blokes here want to crucify everything about the club.

I'm not sorry that "I'm a Saints supporter, and the rest is a bonus". That's just me, that's how I see things.

At the end of the day if we're first or last it doesn't diminish my love for the club. I'm just another plastic soldier cheering the boys on come what may, it just sh!ts me to read such negative posts about our club and our players, it's round 2 for godsake.

Agree.

The negativity here shits me to tears.

Dragons supporters are a funny lot.

Just on the Weyman on report incident.....was that the hit he put on Corey Payne after getting pushed over at marker? I noticed Payne stayed down to wait for the video ref to have a look.....maybe my tv was fuzzy, but it looked like Weyman's arm was wrapped around Payne upper arm when he hit him. Did I miss something? Did he he hit him around the jaw first?
Payne milked it.

Weyman was placed on report.

Earlier when Green was knocked out and the ref told our trainer to take him from the field. We got the penalty for a high shot but the offender wasn't placed on report. Confusing for the trainer as well because we would lose an interchange. Green was forced to stay on because the ref forgot to make the signal.

Btw, Payne also feigned an injury just before half time so he wouldn't have to get up and play the ball. As soon as half time was called, he was up and running towards the sheds, bright as you like. He must think people are stupid, or we are getting so close to soccer that no one isn't noticing anymore.

I've read a few posts that show forth negativity and unnecessary gripes, sensationalism etc but the vast majority here are calling for proactive measures, stating the facts that the team structure is not good enough as yet - Price must respond to what is hapening or cop the criticism.

I think all will be good. Saints to finish around 7th or 8th and the rest is a mystery.

If you read this form you could easily form the opinion that a majority of our supporters act like petulant 10-12 year old skirts. Soft f**king whining prats.

It's bloody WEEK 2

I was thinking the same thing about Payne at half time. It's becoming more common, even at full time, for players to start shaking hands etc. with 10 or 15 seconds left on the clock.

Yet if behind with a minute to go they're quick to pack a scrum down to try and get a last set of six in before fulltime.

These guys sometimes forget that we pay to see 80 minutes, not what they decide is enough.

- To be fair though, some of the views posted this weekend have been there for 2-3 years. And those views shouldnt be based on 1 or 2 games (I know some chop/change each week), certainly I had the same views after beating Newcastle as I do after losing to the Bulldogs, and im sure we all have views on who works in each position & who deserves time to develop in each position.

- This was actually one of the things I didnt like about Bennett in 2009, I thought he got it wrong at the start of 2009 with Scott, Hornby, Boyd, and no matter what happened, he refused to make any changes. And we did win a premiership through our tremendous defence/discipline, so you could argue his tactics are right, but I think we could have been a better attacking side than we were.

- I cant see a new coach Price making major changes also, but unfortunately if he gets it wrong, its the season, because its too late to change your mind half way through if its not working.

Corey Payne is one of those crap players i was glad to see the back of him, just a grubby 2nd rate player who will always be just a bench player.

I don't want to bag Price, however he has started off with negative tactics ie Scott in the centres and Fien on the bench instead of King.Once we went behind it was clear we didn't have points in us and i am sure the players must have felt this also leading to frustration .We also missed Coops.I know it is only rd 2 ,but wow it has been over 3 years since we have seen such a poor performance.(the roosters and half the game v souffs last year excepted)

Not sure if this matches the official stats, but in my mind: Coops, Creagh & sometimes Hornby are the only guys who can be relied upon for genuine Line-breaks (i.e. without being gifted the break), Coops being the most prevalent of those, were a bit of a toothless tiger without him unfortunately (bit scary!).
