40000 may turn up, we had plenty of fans in 2016 where are they.
We are playing a team that has players in it, shark fans hate
Eg Holmes how he left the club

If we do play at home, do we get to paint the numbers in black, white and blue and have a banner and just treat it like a regular season home game? Was ok for Melbourne.. I thought you got the advantage of playing at home and outside of that, it was meant to be run by the nrl and neutral… yeah right

I have no interest in going to our home ground toilet to watch a semi final again.
I applaud Dino for talking a good game but the joint is such a shit hole and the team treat it as such. IE - sit down and
Explode.
Watching on the TV is the sensible choice

As a neutral.

I will love the meltdown when this game draws 15k and people whinge that it should of gone to a smaller venue.

FTR if you guys lose. Our Prelim v Cows will draw 15k also. So isn't a dig at you guys just how finals work these days.

Lack of neutrals compared to even 10 years ago

Remember when it was a thing when people used to have a weekend in Sydney and watch the 2 games to decide the grand finalists? Sadly not a thing anymore.

They also used to have lower grades that had other teams who fans would fill out the crowd.

The NRLW isn't even on.

You have a single game on. Assuming people finish work in time have to fight peak hour traffic.

much easier to even just hit a pub with mates and get a feed and have some reasonably priced drinks.

So I get why the club tried

From a crowd perspective Saturday and Sunday arvo should be the game times. But they just don't care

Probably for the best they knocked it back, I’m not even confident we’d sell out shark park next week

Our ground record crowd is something like 22k, I think..which would have been good for this game.

We used to be able to hold about 18k comfortably.

Now it holds 10k, and you can't move a muscle.

WE f**kING DID THIS TO OURSELVES
Reckon they can chuck a few apartment blocks on the field the players can just use as blockers and decoy runners?

This is pretty embarrassing and has exposed the club as a bit of a joke with the Shark park capacity. Just more shit the team doesn't need this time of year
