Well it looked like Cross has left for greener pastures - his offer for a two year contract has been withdrawn - see story on the Offical Website.

I will be sorry to see him go - he was a trier and I always liked him as a player. The only thing now is who is going to replace him in centre? Monaghan?

Yeah its a shame he's been invovled with the club since he was a little boy. Oh well its the way it goes. Unfortunately he never quite got to his full potention in league....so close so many times but struck with injuries etc.

its interesting that theyve withdrawn the offer. moz gets given all the time in the world according to reports to decide but cross gets his offer withdrawn. seems to me theres something in the pipeline. its a wait and see who theyre going to chuck big money at. probably another halfback or backrower cause we need those :roll:
