RICHO said:Nah, but the massive cash incentive by the WA Government might have a fair bit to do with it. Plus gate takings.
Gunna Matter said:If we keep winning our average should climb. Sludge must be getting nervous about the decision to hold the warriors game in perth citing his inablilty to draw decent crowds to 12 home games. If the warriors lift their act we could have been looking at a capacity crowd at shark park. We will never know as we are playing the game in a afl/super 14 town where league is dead and buried. Good one sludge. Tossing away our home ground advantage.

How much is 'massive' Richo?
Gate takings? A 20,000 crowd at Shark Park would be a decent gate. Not to mention all the money spent on pokie machines. I had a little flutter on Saturday night. The pokies were getting a big workout to the point it was hard to find a vacant machine.
Anyway priority number one should be two points, not some dodgy deal.

Please don't try and tell me about spreading the gospel to the sandgropers. They don't give a f**k.
The crowd in Perth will be around 17,000. Much the same as at Shark Park.
The problems are the loss of a 'home' atmosphere, and Leagues Club takings. And I do agree that the 2 points should be the main focus.
