Hard to tell how many seats are in the top levels - they might be 30,000 between them.

Afternoon footy is what fans what.

I have just been visiting Adelaide over Easter and popped into the new Adelaide oval to check it out. Saw a game their with 45,000 and I tell you our stadiums in Sydney are a long long way behind now. This is easily the second best stadium I have been too after the MCG. Why can't we built a stadium in the centre of Sydney like they have in Adelaide?

Because Sydney is an uncordinated mess. Unlike other cities our CBD isn't even close to the actual centre of the city.

Nice family atmosphere heading to the match. Scheduled away from West Sydney soccer games, no stabbings or random sack beatings either.

Bulldogs /Eels for queens bday public holiday, make it happen!!!

I disagree, this fixture will generate 25-30k on an average slot. Queens bday should be one of Penrith Cronulla or manly v a one if the big sydney sides at allianz or anz whichever is more appropriate.

Maybe sharks v dragons, or Penrith v parra or manly v parra. A rivalry will help but not an easy sell like Bulldogs v eels.

That's a valid point and makes sense, maybe sharks/dragons at the SFS or something.

Would be an epic fail. Sharks fans don't travel. Moving sharks/dragons to SFS would be like playing souths/Easts at homebush on a Thursday night

Why don't all these Eels and Tigers fans show up each week?

a) eels avg 30k aylt ANZ

b) parra stadium holds 19k

c) organisational capacity is 75% of actual capacity

So therefore the eels need their 30k+ seat stadium to get 20k+ croqds every week
