To be honest Blackett won't be a huge loss. I seriously think he might struggle to make the 20's team in the finals series. Would not surprise me if they go with.

Blackett has been having a shocking run with injuries. When fit, he is up there with the best of them. He will be in the 17 come finals time.

How has Grant and Cahalane been playing?

Average.

Orton has probably been the big impover in the pack along with Penese.

Grant probably hasn't quite lived up to expectations. Panthers fans thought he was going to be the next big thing in the front row, but he has also had injury problems.

It was a tough game for penese to debut .And you could see he struggled to know who to run off.Still the experience will do him the world of good.He has a big future ahead of him

True he hasn't lived up to expectations but his form the last few weeks has greatly improved.

to be fair to Grant he went straight from Jersey Flegg to first grade .He will be a outstanding front rower given time to learn the trade .Most front rowers mature later than players in other positions. He will shine in the semi finals i have no doubt

Grant needs to get stuck into the weights and protein powder in the off season and he will be starting in the front row next year in FG.

Really? dredging up a thread from 2 years ago?

Thanks for the newsflash scoop.

I had heard Sydney had the Olympics in 2000...did you want to exclusively reveal that?

Tim Grant is a future superstar and while he had a terrific 2010 the best is yet to come.

Will play SOO and for the Kangeroos. Whether this occurs in 2011 I am not so sure but by 2012 he will be an automatic selection in both the abovementioned sides.

Didn't Junior Paulo play most of his junior rep footy with the Eels.

Penese will go well with Shellharbour.

Having attended approximately 10 Windsor games in 2010 I must say Daniel Penese was disappointing. I expected more from him. He simply didn't deliver consistently and I can't see him turning things around with the Dragons. He may well get an occasional first grade outing if they sustain injuries in there forward ranks or during the rep season but I don't think he has the ability to be a regular NRL player.
