Well does Wagon know how to pass? I dont know, but I think I counted at least 6 or 7 occassions where I saw someone who looks like Wags pass the ball.:D

Wags can pass

he is just selective in his passing

I remember in I think it was 2005 Wags standing a 2nd receiver off a scrum and passing 30 metres to an unmarked Burt who strolled over for a try.

Wags does a lot of work that goes unnoticed

don't under estimate his value to the team, next year when he is not there if no one steps in and does those little things Wags did it will then become noticeable.

I watch him pretty closely and while he isn't the worst player in the world hes fairly ummm ineffective in what he does. I don't rate him anymore.

If thats the case, then you did not watch him close enough today. Thats for sure.

Wags was involved in some 2nd phase stuff. He went to the line and passed before the line, I was impressed. If only some of the others realised that the 2nd phase stuff was what was needed.

Crucify him....Crucify him...I was wondering who would come under attack by the pessimists after a crushing victory...Crucify him I say...

Yep. Must be hard to find fault in a 40 points win. Wags is the fall guy this week.

Wags got away a few promising passes yesterday, in attacking situations.

But he also kept his clear head and can never be accused of pushing the pass and causing a turnover that way .

He also dented the line with ball in hand in a way I haven't seen for several years.

He had a strong game yeasterday. Obviously they were well down on forward talent; but bagging him for not passing is a little absurd.

Can you imagine the bagging he'd get if he tried to ball play on a day Mateo was running riot; Finch was linking with his outside backs; Inu was throwing off tacklers like he was Mal Meninga?

He has been going well for about 6 weeks now. He can see the finish line in sight like I Hindy last year and will keep lifting.

You have to remeber too he has made a career out of being a no- nonsense, mistake free, tough bastard. No point him trying to become David Solomona for the last few months...
