For interesting facts, I spotted Tony Zappia, and Roys little mate Lombardi in the meeting but not Roy.

So Roy signed in at the club, but didn't attend the meeting...? Interesting.

Also Denis Fitzgerald was there.

He lives! Fitzy kept pretty uncharacteristically quiet during this whole sudden-campaign-for-an-EGM thing.

So what happens to the clowns who pulled this stunt.

I think it's been discussed before but do they suffer any legality financially for this.

Because this has wasted 400k what's going to stop anyone trying this shit on a yearly basis just to waste leagues club money and time.

If there is no financial repcussions on these clowns.

No financial repercussions on the members who initiated the EGM (and rightly so) - it remains the rights of members to call for an EGM if they are unsatisfied with their Board.

There are some ways to tighten this however and these are being discussed already.
