I saw Dashboard at Splendour this year, they were pretty dam good, especially after all the crap I had heard about how shit they were, they sure suprised me and were quite good!

As for Gyroscope!! ohhh i am in heaven, they are undoubtedly the best band in Australia, they are dead set champions, and absolutely great blokes, I have met them several times now, and they are dead set champions!! 8)
