yes its dread and kurt bait

i like zep

grew up on em and sat for hours trying to play the stuff note for note along with the records

buts dazed and confused ...25 minutes of self indulgent guitar waffle

it sucked

other low points for zep most of the 1st album, hats off for roy harper, in my time of dying (about 8 minutes too long), that awful lyric (i saw a lion and he was standing alone with a tadpole in a jar), all of my love (vomit)

OK, I get it

you don't like the live version, or both ?

I find the live version a bit of a snooze, don't mind the studio version, it was on our play list as well

I too played every Zep song (as a drummer), and could play every drum solo in my sleep, exactly as Bonham played them

I still listen to Zepplin 30 years on.

I never liked Zep much, I always found Robert Plant too much of a posing, preening, up himself twat. Sabbath were much cooler.

You'll have to research more thoroughly next time.

Dazed and Confused is a loooong way from getting near my favourite Led Zep tracks. I'll listen to it, but I'm not going to get excited about it.

Personally, I like Going to California. Nothing beats that.

I have a CD of the CR's at CBGB, which was an LP but now a DVD. If only the CR were more AOR you'd hear them less on JJJ and more on NOVA. BTW the CR's formed in MCMLXXVIII but are still rockin' in MMV. Their lead singer DAMO is on SBS sometimes while their guitarist Kent plays in a band called KRUNT and is a disciple of Deepak C.

You still with me Mr NGY
