My money is on Pats CB Devin McCourty, hes having a stellar season.

Annnnnnnd it's pretty much a given that Bradford has locked up OROTY.

Suh is about as close to a sure thing you can get.
T.J. Ward has been pretty good.
Rolando McLain was very disappointing, his stats have picked up the last couple of weeks so maybe he's going better, I haven't seen him play lately.
Jason Pierre-Paul is getting more opportunity now and looks freakin' awesome.

Other notes based on what i've seen of Defensive rookies:

ive been really impressed by Nate Allen for my eagles, although Brandon Graham has flashed beastly potential he's been a tad of a let down. Still a good DE though.

McCourty is going really well, from what i've seen Gerald McCoy hasnt made the impact Suh has so i guess thats disappointing.
JPP looks good and before doing his knee Derrick Morgan was looking alright. Joe Haden has been lights out the past month or so but maybe a little too late. Definitely being shaded by McCourty in CB stakes... Kareem Jackson and Chris Cook are being sodomised on a weekly basis, but then again so is the entire Texans secondary.
Weatherspoon was looking good before he got banged up.
I liked him in the pre season and based on what little ive seen i like a lot about Greg Hardy at the Panthers, their D is much better when he's on the park imo
Carlos Dunlap is looking the goods too
