Nice find. I was at the Pats/Broncos game in 2013 in absolutely terrible conditions when the Pats fumbled 3 times. It was so cold that the hotel my GF was staying at (while I was at the game) had the power go out for quite some time. If it was a pleasant night then I imagine that 2013 red box would be a bit higher! Ultimately the Broncos fumbles cost them the game.

I WILL say one thing though...

Brady needs to come out and just own up to it...

His bullshitting is what's making this a story.

If he just came out and admitted it... They can slap him in the wrist and move on...

^This. But I doubt Brady would ever admit to it though, after all he is the golden boy who never does anything wrong

He's a shit human being???

For what??

Knocking his fiancé out in an elevator??

Abusing his 4 year old son with a switch??

Being found guilty by a judge of assaulting a woman only to pay the woman not to co-operate in the re-trial??

No.... He was found to have most likely known that he was throwing under inflated footballs...

Yeah... What a shit human being he is...

Some people seriously need to get some perspective here...

That's a ridiculous argument. Is there a certain quota of people in the NFL who can be acknowledged as shit humans? If so, then you're right. He doesn't make it into the Michael Vick level of f**kwit. However, we don't look at murderers and say "it's ok, he only murdered one guy, old mate down the street murdered 27 people!"

A f**kwit is still a f**kwit and Brady is one, not only for tampering with the balls but mainly for lying about it.

I think that punishment is fair enough... Considering the history of the franchise.

The Brady suspension I think is interesting because he's being punished for not cooperating with the investigation rather than any deflategate action.

I don't disagree entirely with the league on that... But you would HAVE to think the union will be all over this and may have a decent chance of overturning it.

Also think it is a fair punishment and agree he may get it down to 2 games with an appeal. The Pats and Brady should be happy with this outcome as further dirt will stay hidden.

This is just my opinion... And it's not worth much...

But from reading bits and pieces from the Wells report and the charges handed down to Brady...

I can't see a reduction in the penalty... And I can definitely see him appeal...

But I'm thinking he will either win and not get any weeks... Or lose and cop the 4 weeks.

I say that because from what I've read he's essentially been punished for not cooperating with the investigation.

The Wells report itself suggested he had known, but it wasn't definitive. Not enough for a 4 week suspension anyway... I think the NFL have said that there was enough smoke to suggest if Brady DID provide all the requested evidence they would have been able to make it definitive.

I think for Brady's team... They will argue that it's not up to Brady to provide details which can incriminate himself... And that the burden of proof sits with the league in this instance. And with the Wells report being ambiguous at best as far as Brady's involvement is concerned, if they can convince a judge that he cooperated to a satisfactory enough level they could get it overturned IMO...

Al Capone technicality.

Can't prove what you're really after, so get him for tax evasion.

But Brady is guilty of a greater crime than Capone - he plays for the Patriots.

He should kill himself IMO.
