On that. Found a telegraph over here at a mates place dated Sat 5th of May with the Nine / Fox bid on the front page. It says it was to be presented to the commission on the 6th. Haven't seen anything about it. Some of the proposal is.

Half time from 12 to 14 mins
30 sec breaks for sideline scrum stoppages
30 breaks for line drop outs
30 sec break from try convert to restart (I asume these are all clock stoppers)
4 games a season on thursday night.
Sunday game played on 9 live with a 4 pm start time.
At least 7 games a week live.
All so nine can increase commercials from 6 to 12 per game.
Essentially meaning an extra $35M a season to them.
So is the commission waiting for other proposals now?
