He's just scored his 31st try of the season with Castleford. He's eligible for New Zealand, Samoa and in just a few months time, will be eligible for England too, thanks to the BS residency rule!

Has there been any talk of who he will play for? Any chance Kearney will try and choose him in his Four Nations squad at the end of the year?

I read an interview that didn't shed much light. He's clearly very familiar with RL eligibility laws (or lack of) if he thinks he can just float between countries when he feels like it:

“I’d love to play for Samoa,” Solomona said.

“It would be a big thing for my family and me as well. I think Samoa would be great for me and it would make my grandparents proud, and that would be main thing. Later on, maybe I’d represent New Zealand as well.

Me too! Then they go on about how proud they are to wear the jersey. Opportunism is so rife in the sport now, the sooner they impose a one nation for life rule the better (not holding my breath though).
