No not yet.

He was on QLD TV saying the Knights are in the running.

And that he can see himself wearing a Knights Jersey.

Considering that I have heard the Knights are the only team so far that has contacted him, he should be a Knight.

It was on Canberra TV tonight that he met with Raiders officials today....

Must have been Webb's Manager.

Webb was in Brisbane all day.

Would be a great signing for either the Knights or Canberra.

You'd think if he's smart he'd go to Newcastle, Origin coach being there and all ;-)

Could be a very wise career move. He's the sort of player (when fit & switched on) that QLD just don't have in Origin.

I hope they didn't pay too much for him though. He is a big risk. He's had 4 years at the Broncos to establish himself but he never really has. He lacks some consitancy and the fact he's played two good games all year, one against Souths, is very suspect given he is near contract time. He has big upside but also big downside. He is in the same category as Justin Hodges.

Signed for the knights. I'm not sure of the deal but it was on Fox Sports News and Sports Tonight (the one at 5:40).

I dont necessarily agree with that mate ... Bennett is a HARD taskmaster and demands certain things other than football in his players (thats why hes a great coach), discipline and commitment to fitness being two examples. I think if Webb was given a little lattitude he'd be one hell of scary player, when he wants to that is. Its really all up to Carl, but gees he's a great score for the Naughts if he decides to pull the finger out .. well done guys.

Are you 100% sure?

Any idea of how much he's getting?

He said on ST that the Knights are the front runners for his signature. No mention of him signing anything yet though.

FFS, once again the Tigers fall behind the 8 ball.

We need big props, yet we arent even in the running for his signature.

f**king deadset pathetic.

Man, you know my club was like that 10 years ago and for many many many many years before that.

You'll get there ... have a little faith, but make sure you are VERY vocal about the mismanagement.

You have to make sure the club itself hears it ... its pointless sharing it with the fans ... share it with the management !!
