Didn't pre-order - What are my chances?

Hi Everyone,

I am as pumped as everyone for this game but being the dill I am have not pre-ordered the game.

What do you think my chances are of picking up a copy tomorrow (Friday) or on the weekend?

Also - what retail outlets would be best to try? I am thinking places like Big W, Harvey Norman etc.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated

probably the best bet is try one of the majors they generally won't have taken preorder for the game and if it is only being delivered today or yesterday chances are they won't get it out on show till later today, maybe overnight. The simple reason being the only time you get any stock packed onto the shelves at this time of year is after the store is close.

I pre ordered it with EB but they told me they didn't have the game in at around 10 when I asked so I went to K-Mart and bought it.

Now I have got $10 credit at eb whoo :lol:

When I picked up my pre-ordered copy this morning, another lady walked in without a pre-order and bought 2 copies. So I don't think its a problem.

This was at Gamesmen Penrith Plaza.

i walked into EB on thursday and picked up a copy, i think your chances are about 95%

i didnt like my chances today and i rang everywhere at 10am in the morning but noone had it. so when i had given up i was talking to my mate later on and he said he saw some copies in southport. so i went down there and sure enuff i got a copy

Well if anyones in NZ I think their chances are pretty good, I went into Tauranga Farmers' yesterday and it was there, it was also at a couple of other stores that I walked past

In NZ there are heaps of copies. I was in Palmy on Thursday and Kmart had 18 copies, Harvey Norman had 3, Big Byte had 6 and I didn't even go to specialist gaming stors like eb and the gamesman.
