One of mine supports Penrith and he mows his lawn everyday. So I don’t talk to him. The other I nod to on occasions.

We have a young couple as one of our neighbours. Both are caucasian Australia England background. She is 30 years old. Her partner. He is about the same age. She is a strpper. Sex worker. He is a tradey. He act's up sometimes. Behaves Act's agitated cold . Angry. Not so friendly She is very nice sweet and always friendly warm
We have overhead them talking. Cause it's so loud. Can't help but hear it. She has complained about him slamming the household doors in her face. She has made it quite clearly that she hates that behaviour is not going to except it. They have made sex videos. Porn in the house. With a Pro camera man. Cause anyone nearby can see it . Hear it. With the open windows
And she has had clients visit the house aswell

I noticed the house across the road, one over to the left has new tenants, it used to be a big family with loud cars, I think the new ones are Asian. Whatever, just things you notice checking the mail and putting bins out.

I won't be approaching any of them any time soon.

I always make a point of introducing ourselves to the neighbours even if its only to help with neighbourhood watch.

Nutz: Just wanted to welcome you I am Nutz, you are?

Me: The guy who lives next next door, how can I help you?

Nutz: Well we run a Neighbourhood watch and wonder if you are interested?

Me: No not all, you have a good day now. (Closes door).

Close, you left out the part...as he turns to walk away I clobber him and steal his wallet. No no, I mean I bid him farewell.

My neighbours are great. They might smile and wave at me and I’ll reciprocate. But that’s as far as it goes. We all value our privacy.

But if a real estate agent or religious fundy type knocks on my door…

50 to 60 cars a night
