I would like Ivan ba k but not at the cost of a proper process to find the best coach for the club next year.

I can't see it working with Ivan if Gould is still at the club.
If he comes I will give him a chance but I have my doubts. I feel he has improved as a coach.
I would like the interviews to take there course and pick the right coach.
If Ivan wants to come back let him do so in 2 to 5 years time after our next coach.

Ciraldo would ensure we keep the squad. Another coach may want changes so that is an advantage

Bennett for 2 years
Ivan for 1 year and thrn into Goulds job
Fittler longterm coach. After starting a dynasty with NSW

Ivan gets the token year to actually coach Nathan. But more importantly to keep Nathan here. Fittler would be my endgame.

If Ivan became available without us pressuring Tigers. He could assist Bennett and Fittler comes a year early.
