yeah he did show alot of good things but his incredibly slow and cant tackle...

I can handle the slow thing but his crap tackles can kill us.

The combination of Carney + Dobbo beats Ditto + Campo.

I dont mind letting Dobbo go if it saves us $100-$150K off our cap ... add the amount we save on Zilly, piss of some others including Purtell and throw it all at Mona's ...

... if we lure three/four other players to the club in the vicinity of $250K each we all of a sudden have the marquee players that we can hang average players around.

Add water and some good coaching from Furner and we can change the landscape in one season.

Mind you if management go the usual route we're bound for more heartache.

Bay, its well known that Dobson signed on last year for around 200k a year... between him, logan, zillman and probably a few others like Hinchcliffe and Turner, we should have plenty enough cash to cover carney's new deal, the bronx up-grade along with some new recruits

We should have enough money for more than you state if management structure the cap correctly.

I have stated in the past what that structure should be and I dont see any reason why we cant achieve those ends.

Those "some new recruits" have to be nothing short of quality players that have a proven record of assisting in winning the close games and hammering the games you are favoured to win (whether at Bruce or Tim-buk-too).

i agree but id like to see us invest for the long term aswell... good proven players, with at least 5-6 years left in them

i tend to agree with what your saying about 5-6 years of first grade footy left in them.should be aiming for a couple at mid 20's and a couple a little younger.
