I think what you have to say is valuable, especially the piece you wrote on the criteria for national eligibility.

Sorry, wasn't trying to imply that. I've been doing a job with very flexible hours of late and I ration out my break time with a specific system. It's been good though, lots more time spent with my kids but things will change latter half of year so need to schedule things a bit better i.e. less procrastnation.
