:lol: I am not the one putting down a code. What makes you think that Union wouldnt get the 25k average per game for 22 rounds ?? You, iggy and some others are quick to jump in and put the boot in (Which then gets proven wrong) when you have very little facts to prove otherwise.

If your going to debate the popularity of the two codes its worth remembering that every union fan in canberra follows the brumbies but for every Raiders fan there is at least one person who follows another NRL side. Cantebury would have a couple of thousand fans in the ACT and thats a conservative estimate.

They dont get 25k average for 12 rounds though.

If they played 12 home games over the same period as the Raiders they would probably average more at the moment but it would be closer to 15k average then 20k.

If you want an example of how the weather can affect crowds down here look at the Newcastle game. Last year when the Raiders were crap it pulled 15k, in good weather. This year its 2 degrees outside and drizzling and it only pulls 8k, even though the Raiders are playing well. The weather cost the Raiders 7k minimum.
