It just shows how if a team has 4 or more prominent players out they cannot be consistant or even win games. Every team will struggle with injuries....makes me even proud of the boys who played last night to smash parra.

Fair go we we're still missing Patty Richards and Prince.

We struggled with injuries for the first 8 weeks and our supporters barely said anything about it. 5 wins from 10 matches. Thing are looking up in tigertown!!!

Good crowd turned out aswell, just under 15,000 and very loud and vocal all game.

With only 4 ( FOUR ) DAYS promotion.

Brilliant.

Central Coast fans aren't stupid, they aren't going to go to second tier matches ( Souths v Cowboys - even though they did draw over 10,000 - more than SFS would have gotten ), or irrelevant matches such as City Country - which has proven how irrelevant it really was with the NSW Selections.

Tonight they went to a great game of footy, between two quality sides, at late notice and little or no promotion.

I think they showed tonight why if they do get the 16th franchise, they will succeed.

4 dogs players out

Tigers had a back rower on the wing
The most inexperienced halves combination in the comp
The lightest forward pack

There are absolutely no excuses for the dogs.

Dogs have NO excuses they were beaten by a better team.

Even if the Dogs had full strength side in they still would of went down.

The tide is turning for the Tigers.......

i think Oliver's Woofing Theorem applies directly right here

1. What is Oliver's Woofing Theorem

Oliver's Woofing Theorem states, in a nutshell, that in any given
athletic competition (team, individual, amatuer, professional), the
team/player who is the most over-hyped/over-praised by his/her/its
fans/supporters is doomed to LOSE the competition. For example, if
immediately preceding a game between the Seattle Mariners and the
Toronto Blue Jays, two Blue Jay's fans state that "Toronto will kick
ass", while only one Seattle fan makes a similar claim, then Seattle
is guaranteed a win by the ubiquitious and omnipresent Gods of Woofing.

the rest of the laws of the laws of this theory here: http://homepages.cae.wisc.edu/~dwilson/rsfc/Woof.html

Yes they do they played like shit and were missing 6 normal players... That's a pretty good excuse.

Oneeye - your Bullshits didn't come through for you this time.

I'm glad i changed my second favourite team from the Dogs to the Tigers earlier this year.
